Family Office Venture Partner at SanTuri Capital

SanTuri Capital is a venture capital fund targeting solutions to a set of barriers that are in the way of the acceleration of impact driven by AI and tech broadly, where we (as a team) have a unique set of capabilities to unlock value. We are set out to establish pathways for Family Offices to participate in the AI and tech evolution seamlessly with broad access and leverageable scale.

We are looking for a mature and proven leader to spearhead our efforts to recruit family offices as limited partners in. our fund. A leader who has the same passions as we do for creating a win-win for Family Offices and startup entrepreneurs. This leader will be part of our leadership team at SanTuri Capital. Furthermore, we would like this leader to grow with us as we grow our funds.

• Recruiting Family Offices as Limited Partners for our fund
• Building a network of like-minded Family Offices aligned with our long-term goals
• Leading our day-to-day interactions with Family Offices to serve their needs, such as diligence and research on new companies and new opportunity areas for investments (e.g., co-investments, direct investments, side cars)
• Hosting monthly or quarterly get-togethers with our Family Office LPs
• Leading the annual limited partner and portfolio company summit to showcase our progress and promote cross-pollination of ideas and best practices
• Being the conduit for Family Offices to connect to SanTuri’s broad and deep network of experts and entrepreneurs

• At least 5 years of experience in working with Family Offices (preferably at a Family Office) after graduating from 4-year college
• Deep understanding of what’s important for Family Offices
• A reasonable network among Family Offices and excellent networking skills
• Familiarity with the broader AI and technology sectors
• Well versed in the current and future evolution of Family Office trends
• Experience working with Family Offices in their co-investments and direct investments
• Demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills with an implacable record of following up and persistence
